13 Days Mount Kilimanjaro Lemosho Route & Tanzania Safari

Kilimanjaro's most scenic and highest-success route — the 7-day Lemosho — combined with a 5-day Serengeti migration and Ngorongoro safari.

13 daysUp to 8 guestsFrom $5,479

About this Safari

The Lemosho Route is widely regarded as Kilimanjaro's finest and most diverse climbing path. Beginning at the remote Londorossi Gate, it traverses rarely-visited western wilderness before joining the Southern Circuit at the vast Shira Plateau — offering spectacular 360-degree views in every direction. The route's longer acclimatization schedule gives it the highest summit success rates of all Kilimanjaro trails, making it ideal for those committed to reaching Uhuru Peak. After 7 days of world-class mountain trekking through five climate zones, the safari component delivers Serengeti migration following in the Ndutu plains during peak season, a full crater descent into Ngorongoro, and a final day experiencing Lake Manyara's unique ecosystems.

A 13-day adventure combining Mount Kilimanjaro climbing via the Lemosho Route with a classic northern Tanzania safari. The Lemosho Route is Kilimanjaro's most scenic path, approaching from the remote western slope through pristine rainforest and offering the highest summit success rates of all routes. After the 7-day climb, a multi-day safari covers Serengeti migration zones, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara.
