Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing legadosafaris.com or booking any of our tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once we send a written confirmation.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your trip.
• Final balance is due 45 days before the departure date.
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus deposit.
• 30–60 days: 50% refund of total trip cost.
• Less than 30 days: no refund.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation.

4. Travel Documents & Health

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations (including yellow fever where required), and any other documents required for travel to Tanzania.

5. Liability

LegadoSafaris acts as an organiser of safari tours. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, wildlife behaviour, political events, or third-party service failures.

6. Conduct on Safari

Guests must follow the instructions of guides at all times for their own safety and the protection of wildlife. We reserve the right to remove guests whose behaviour endangers others or the environment, without refund.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
